The main function of the role will be to deliver care, support and lifestyle assistance to clients of all ages in their own home.

 

There will be the opportunity for the right people to train and progress within the company. We have positions available to both drivers and non-drivers depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of employment contracts from flexible to fixed contract.

Successful applicants will be expected to:

 

  • Hold a full Driving License with up to date car insurance/MOT certificate
  • Have access to a vehicle
  • Have good flexibility
  • Be enthusiastic, reliable and be dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of others
  • Display Kindness, caring and compassion
  • Assist clients with tasks ranging from companionship to assisting individuals with specialised complex care needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all aspects of care, company arrangements and colleagues.
  • Ensure effective risk assessment for both the client and yourself in the delivery of care and planning.
  • Deal effectively and promptly with matters of importance.
  • Communicate efficiently and keep accurate records.
  • Promote and participate in good team working practices.
  • Undertake training and development as deemed necessary by CareKind.
  • Offer a high standard of client focused service.
  • Ensure compliance with CareKind's code of practice and fulfil obligations as requested.
