The Process of Providing our Services
Stage 1. Phone Contact / First Contact
At this stage, our homecare consultant will discuss with you (and your representatives) your current situation, and the type of help you require. We would be able to answer any questions you may have, and give you a provisional idea of whether we can help.
Stage 2. Information Pack
We will provide you with our information pack which will contain information on our service. In addition to this, we would provide a form for our key policies and procedures, our charges, and our full contact details, this allow you time to read through our policy, and in turn you can provide us with more details on the care required, medical details etc. This can be posted or we will bring it to our initial visit.
Stage 3. Initial Visit
One of our consultants visits you and fills in the registration details. They will discuss your preferences and needs, including the length and frequency of calls that you need. We will also do a Risk Assessment, and then, with your go-ahead construct a care plan, tailored to you.
Stage 4. Starting the Care package
We will endeavour to provide a small team of regular staff to provide continuity. Each lifestyle assistant will follow the care plan, a copy of which will be kept in your home. In the initial few weeks, the care plan will be reviewed and tweaked to ensure that it best fits your needs. Following this period your care plan will be updated regularly with you and as and when required.
Stage 5. Ongoing support
Our care co-ordinator and senior staff will be in close contact with you and lifestyle assistants to ensure the standard of service is maintained. We welcome feedback and comments, and you can contact us at any time, either on the office number or on our out-of-hours number which is contained within the care plan and information pack.
